Acceptable Use and Indemnification Policy
SA-Business.info reserves the right to change this Policy any time, so please, check this page at least once a month or when in doubt.
SA-Business.info strives to provide the best possible service to all our customers, but we will not tolerate any unlawful activity or abuse on our servers. We respect freedom of speech and expression unless it is harmful to others. These brief guidelines are imposed to protect you, other SA-Business.info customers and us against such harm.


Indemnification Policy:

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason not prohibited by law. Also we reserve the right to terminate service to any customer for any reason not prohibited by law. You agree to use all SA-Business.info services and facilities at your own risk. SA-Business.info specifically disclaim all warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall SA-Business.info be liable for any loss, or loss of data, or other commercial damage, including but not limited to special, incidental, consequential or other damages. Customer agrees that it shall defend, indemnify, save and hold SA-Business.info harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including reasonable attorney’s fees asserted against SA-Business.info, its agents, its customers, officers and employees, that may arise or result from any service provided or performed or agreed to be performed or any product sold by customer, it’s agents, employees or assigns. Customer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless SA-Business.info against liabilities arising out of;

  • any injury to person or property caused by any products sold or otherwise distributed in connection with SA-Business.info server;

  • any material supplied by customer infringing or allegedly infringing on the proprietary rights of a third party;

  • copyright infringement and

  • Any defective products sold to customer from SA-Business.info server.

SA-Business.info shall be the sole judge of what violates this Policy.


Anti Spam Policy:
What is Spam?
In simple terms spam (a.k.a. unsolicited commercial e-mail, unsolicited bulk e-mail, mass e-mail, junk e-mail) is a message that advertises goods or services that you send to someone without their prior consent or in the absence of a previous relationship.

SA-Business.info strictly prohibits the sending of unsolicited mass e-mails of any kind.
  • Do not spam IRC channels or other chat rooms. This includes Yahoo, AOL, and other web chat rooms.
  • Do not send e-mails to those you do not know. This includes sending mass emails to co-workers, or mailing lists.
  • Do not post to message boards or forums.
  • Do not post to newsgroups.
  • Do not pay any company to advertise your referral

To report SPAM, send an email to: abuse@sa-business.info.
We do need copies of log files, screen shots, or email including all the proper threads in order to deal with the user accordingly.

We will not tolerate Spam and will terminate any member who violates our anti-Spam policy. Your account will be closed, your RP and money will be lost, and you will forfeit any unpaid money in your account.
